［授業概要］
このクラスでは、SDGs（注）における３つのゴール
・ゴール08働きがいも、経済成長もdecent work and economic growth
・ゴール15 陸の豊かさも守ろう life on land
・ゴール17 パートナーシップで目標を達成しようpartnerships for the goals
に焦点を当て、次の3つのデザイン領域について学ぶ

・企業のデザイン・ビジネスモデル　the business of design
・サステナブルデザイン　sustainable design
・(固定観念を打避して) 新しい世界を作るデザイン　think outside of the box design

この目標を達成するために、リーサチとクラスディスカッションを通じて、
アジア、北欧、ヨーロッパ、北米、アフリカからのデザイン・ソリューションを検証する。
これら地域が持つ潜在的なニーズを特定し、可視化することを目指し、デザインが役に立つ場所を発見する。

注 note
「Sustainable Development Goals＝持続可能な開発目標」は、
２０３０年までに先進国・新興国・途上国を問わず、また
国・企業・NPO・個人などあらゆる垣根を越えて協力し、
より良い未来をつくろうと国連で採択された１７個の目標のことです。

In this class, we will focus on how design can play a role in SDGs
Goal 8: GOOD JOB AND ECONOMIC GROWTH
Goal 15: LIFE ON LAND
Goal 17: PARTNERSHIPS FOR THE GOALS

Through research and class discussions, we will look at solutions from across the globe.
We will identity and visualize the needs in Asia, Scandinavia, Europe, North America, Africa.
To achieve these goals, students work in teams to conduct research by exploring:
The business of design
Sustainable design
Think outside the box design
